PRODUCTION CREW MEMBER

Reporting to the Production Lead, the Production Crew Member is responsible for assisting the Production Crew to ensure that daily production needs are met. Good communication skills are important so that individuals in this position can coordinate with other team members to be sure that production needs are met.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a keen attention to detail to maintain the company’s high standards for product quality. A strong work ethic and high reliability are also key traits for this role.

Roles:
● Coordinates with Production Lead
● May need to occasionally lead crew in Production Lead’s absence
● Quality assurance of produce pre and post packaging

Responsibilities:
● Consistent attendance and work ethic
● Understands Unit Ops and metrics to be achieved
● Takes care of company supplies and equipment
● Works on Production Unit Ops

• (11) Manage stocked perishable inventory

● May occasionally work on other Unit Ops (1-6)
● Farm Cleanliness and Organization

Reporting Relationship:
● Reports to Vigeo Gardens Production Lead
● May occasionally report to other Department Leads

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
